Tramontana - Relax and Nature among the hills of the Marche

The Tramontana apartment is a spacious holiday apartment (65 m2) with 2 bedrooms and air conditioning, suitable for 4 people and located on the ground floor/1st floor of the Countryhouse La Collina in the Marche region.

A small external staircase leads to the living room-kitchen. It is an open space with a dining table for 4 people, a sofa bed and a country style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas hob and all other kitchen utensils.

Next to the living room-kitchen there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Behind the kitchen another small staircase leads to the bathroom with sink, toilet and tub-shower combination.

Outside, at the front of the apartment, in the garden, there is a private seating area with a dining table and parasol.

The apartment has wifi and satellite TV.

La Collina has a wellness area with a hot tub and sauna, which guests can use.
