Countryhouse La Collina is a recently renovated former farmhouse from the late 18th century. Located on the outskirts of the authentic medieval village of Monsampietro Morico, about 30 minutes from the Adriatic coast, the country house is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden with olive trees and all kinds of flowering plants.STAY OF EXCELLENCE
This property with shared swimming pool offers 4 carefully furnished flats and one room suitable for 2 to 6 persons, all with private terrace, air conditioning and a wellness oasis with whirlpool and sauna. In addition, all flats are equipped with mosquito nets and wifi.
The country house consists of a main building and an annexe. The main building houses the holiday flats and the wellness centre. The annexe, which is located next to the swimming pool, has changing rooms and toilets that guests can use together.
Countryhouse la Collina is located in the middle of a large, well-kept, fenced garden with an olive grove surrounding the pool. The poolside terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountains of the Monti Sibillini National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
